User Agreement

MD Notes 1147 (the "application").

1. General

The application is provided AS IS. The developer makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of data safety, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from defects.

2. Data storage

All your notes and attachments are stored:

• locally on your devices as Markdown (.md) files and accompanying media;
• when you connect a cloud storage — additionally in Google Drive and/or Yandex.Disk under your own account.

The application has no backend that stores user data. Data safety in cloud storage is governed by the terms of the respective providers.

3. Liability

The developer is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of the application, including data loss or corruption, cloud outages, or other circumstances.

4. Analytics

The application may collect anonymous usage statistics via Yandex.Metrica or similar systems, solely to improve functionality and stability.

5. Ads and offers

The application may display offers of other 1147.org products and third-party advertising.

6. Consent

By using the application you confirm that you have read and accept this agreement.
